What is ROXY? ROXY follows the rise to success of a female rock group from their start in 2005 as a local Tampa Bay FL garage band called "The ROXY Dolls".
As the band evolves, they go through the ups and downs of the record business and emerge as one of the hottest acts in Vegas, but not without paying a heavy price.
