Got a Groupon? Get more details here!

You've got your Groupon, and now you've got questions. First, I'd like to refer you to the FAQ page. After, you've read up on the FAQ, let's talk about what to expect when you redeem your Groupon:

1) Call or email Bodacious Betty at 813-704-0132, or bodaciousbetties@gmail.com; If there is no answer on the phone, don't panic. Betty is probably busy with another shoot, but when you leave a message, please leave the following info: your name, and how many groupons you will be redeeming, as well as your weekend availability. 2) Location: It is possible for Bodacious Betty to come to your home, but the optimum location for this kind of shoot is at 1701 Studios in Ybor City. The reason for this is because of the ample room for hair and make-up, and access to all kinds of costumes and props. The backdrop/set is limited to a simple color background in either case.

3) Your hair and make-up will be done while you choose from your choice of refreshments. Betty will guide you through a few classic poses to make sure you look fantastic. You should allow an hour to one and a half hours for hair and make-up to be done, and about 45 minutes shoot time. Bodacious Betty suggests that you arrive no more than 15 minutes early, but do not be late for your appointment. You don't want to cut in on another client's time by arriving too early, or cause other clients to have to wait longer than necessary by being late.

***Cancellation Policy***

Appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance; studio hours are paid in advance and any less than 48 hour notice causes forfeiture of paid hours. Any client cancelling with less than 48 hours notice on a groupon redemption will be invoiced for at full price of $100 per person.

 
4) Once the shoot is complete, you will present your groupon for redemption. If you have a smartphone, just pull up your groupon on your smartphone, and it will be scanned. Otherwise, just print out your groupon and give it to Bodacious Betty.

5) Allow at least two weeks after shoot time to receive your edited photos and souvenir print.

6) You will receive notification via email that your online gallery is ready. From there, please email your selection for your souvenir print to bodaciousbetties@gmail.com.
7) Your souvenir print and your disc of images will be mailed separately. The images on disc are logoed and are for your use on the internet. Again, you do have the option of buying additional prints via your online gallery.

***Upgrades/Optional Services***

If you have more than two people, but only one groupon, you may add a friend for $35.00 additional.

If you have a particular hairstyle in mind, or something intricate, we can accommodate you with some an advance notice, but there is an upcharge of $45.00.
Tutorial/mini-class on how to do your own vintage make-up is $50.00. Again, this does need to specified in advance.

Unedited Proofs on CD; average number of proofs is about 30 images, you may purchase for $25.00
